KKS. The KÜPER Cascade System

Wear-resistant and blockage-free.

Longer service life

The use of GIGANT rubber 60 Shore A prevents wear from very abrasive material.

Less caking and blockages

The use of CLEAN rubber 35 Shore A solves the problem of caking and blockages.

The tapering of the holes in the direction of flow (left image: hot-vulcanised screen panels from KÜPER) prevents blockages from forming, unlike the spherical holes of stamped screen panels (right image: competitor). This results in a far greater screening performance.

Variety of materials for all areas of application

The KÜPER Cascade System is available in both the hot-vulcanised rubber materials GIGANT 60 Shore A and CLEAN 35 Shore A, as well as the polyurethane materials KÜPRENE 90 Shore A and GK-Soft 55-75 Shore A which are cast without pressure.

Gigant

Vulcanised rubber with a hardness of approx. 60 Shore A. Extremely wear-resistant and elastic.

Küprene

Wear-resistant polyurethane with a hardness of 90 Shore A. Elastic and impact-resistant. Resistant to water and many chemicals.

CLEAN

Vulcanised rubber with a hardness of approx. 35 Shore A. Extremely flexible and wear-resistant.

GK-Soft

Polyurethane in various degrees of hardness up to 85 Shore A. Wear-resistant and elastic.

KKS attachment

Use of the MAX screen improves screening performance by up to

50%

Extremely wear-resistant and excellent throughput performance

Steel reinforcements support the wear material
