The production of high-quality aggregates and bulk materials is a business with a bright future. Efficient screening technologies are essential to its success. The demand for flexible and reliable screen panels is just as high. The range of applications for screening technologies ist just as varied as the fields in which they are used.
From gravel and sand plants, mines, quarries and the steel industry to recycling plants: Küper provides effective and customised solutions which meet the highest demands in wear resistance, plugging elimination, noise reduction and ease of installation.
Know-How
We are also committed to continuously enhancing and customising our products to specific areas of application in the segment of screening technology. All of our rubber and synthetic screens are manufactured in a unique moulding process focused ensuring on top-quality materials and efficiency.
Our research findings combined with the use of new materials and technologies lead to innovative developments, such as our new screen panels with the maximum possible open area. These achieve performance levels similar to those of wire panels. In addition, our patented VARIA and IDEAL plug systems quickly set new standards in screening.
